Light and Scanning Electron Microscopic Examination of the Chicken Oviduct during the Embryonic and Posthatching Stages.

This research aims to study the developing sequence of the chicken oviduct and posthatching Alexandria during the embryonic period by using light and scanning electron microscopic (SEM) examination. Mullerian duct emerging as the left and right urogenital Ovine Clia Kitsmountains composed of stratified epithelium kuboid the ventrolateral aspect of embryo mesonephros in 5-day-old.

In embryo 6-day-old, back left urogenital distributed and the tube wall surrounded by a circular lumen comprises three cellular components; simple inner columnar epithelial, mesenchymal cell multilayers, and beyond layered cuboidal epithelium. In the embryo 8-day-old, lining tube in being made up of simple-to-pseudo-ciliated columnar epithelial, mesenchymal cell density increases, and the outer layer becomes simple squamous epithelium of the medial aspect of the ducts and stratified epithelium on the lateral aspect of the channel.

Oviduct left girls 1-day-old embryo eggs resemble channel 8-day-old except SEM observation of the tunica mucosa of chicken 1-day-old showed mucosal folds were spacious with plenty of cilia straight. At 1-week-old chickens, eggs channel to the left shows the folded lumen surrounded by a simple columnar ciliated epithelial layer followed by a layer of mesenchymal cells, smooth muscle lining many mesenchymal cells surrounded by a layer of squamous epithelium simple and outer layers. In chickens 1-month-old, wall oviduct left consists of five layers surrounded by star-shaped lumen.

Flow left atrial appendage (LAA) classification system (cLAA-CS) categorizes into four morphological: chicken wings (CW), windsock, cactus, and cauliflower, even though there is limited data in both the reliability or associations between different morphological and stroke risk , We aim to develop a simplified classification system LAA and to determine its relationship with embolic stroke subtypes.Consecutive patients with ischemic stroke from the stroke registry candidates who previously underwent chest CT demonstrated clinical-inserted.
Light and Scanning Electron Microscopic Examination of the Chicken Oviduct during the Embryonic and Posthatching Stages.

Stroke subtype determined and LAA morphology classified using the traditional system (where CW = low risk) and the new system (LAA-H / L,  Porcine Clia Kitswhere low risk morphology (LAA-L) is defined as the bend angle is acute or folding of the proximal / middle part of the LAA and morphology at high risk (LAA-H) is defined as all others).
